✏️ Worked example
Task: Write a message to your friend Ali. Say where you are going on Saturday, who you are going with, and invite him to come.
- Plan: there are three points to include (where, who, the invitation).
- Greeting: 'Hi Ali,'
- Message: 'On Saturday I'm going to the science museum with my cousin Dara. Would you like to come with us?'
- Closing and name: 'See you soon, Karwan'
- Check: all three points are included, with capital letters and punctuation.
Tick each point in the task as you include it. Missing a point loses marks, even if your English is perfect.
